Every club within Soccer Manager has an 助理教練 and their role is to work alongside and help you in the day-to-day management of the club.

Amongst the tasks your 助理教練 carries out are:

• Deciding the tactics and team within the SMFA competitions if you are not a 金幣管理員.
• Produce a Match Preview before each game.
• Attempting to select a more competitive side if numerous players are played out of position or if a weak team is selected.
• Your 助理教練 is left in charge if you take a leave of absence and activate Holiday Mode.

Your 助理教練 will also be available to you in a number of other ways than those listed above, as they will also offer advice and help on the daily management of your club via the 教程.
